    Monday 21st November 2010

Our last swish of the year and wow what a night we had. 55 women supported this swish. Women braved this new experience and were pleasantly surprised just what a shopping buzz they got! With a years worth of stock already in place before the arrival of more swishing items we decided to put everything in a sale which meant that all items had 2 points deducted meaning that some items were FREE, hurray! We ended the year on a high with Val and I pulling together our little spare time to discuss 2011. There will of course be some changes because we listen to feedback one of which will be a bigger room:) We are also branching out into themed swishes one is a Designer Brand Swish and the other a Kids Swish. The finer details will be added to the site and emailed to our database. For now begin the swishing process by pulling out items that are in great condition but go unworn for one reason or another. New Year New You and all that jazz x

    Monday 26th July 2010

This has to be our best ‘swish’ yet. In the last 3 events we decided to take the risk of having no ticket outlets and relying on people showing up on the night. This of course means that we have no idea who is coming!

Let’s just say ‘swishing’ has finally caught on, hurray!! We had 40 women arrive with an average of 10 fashion items each. Of course there were some with more and some with less but means a minimum of 400 extra swishing items on top of our stock to add to womens wardrobes.

Upon checkout we had great feedback on the look of the event, how items were displayed and the great items women have picked up at the event.

Great to have the feeling that you have shopped, the joy of taking out The Style Revolution label and all for a fiver! Look out for photos…

    Wednesday 7th July 2010

This was our first event outside of Norwich. In Cromer we found a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea at The Red Lion Hotel. It was a smaller event and one that we hope to grow.

Those women who attended enjoyed the new layout with our new furniture making swishing a true shopping experience!

    Monday 26th April 2010

This was a great event, yet the room we held the swish was bursting at the seams! This is great as it brings more choice to the ladies but, at the same time made it difficult to browse. We can never predict what women will bring and at this event we had a number of ladies bringing 15-50 items into the swish. We are so pleased to see women sorting through their wardrobes and sifting out the items that do not suit them allowing others to look great in them while seeking out new items to look great in themselves.

Remember, our motto: Look good & feel good today!

This event was so hectic that we forgot to take pictures, we need a photographer!

    Thursday 21st January 2010

Our 4th event took place in this beautiful hotel no more than 10 minutes from the train station with free parking, a red-carpeted entrance, 2for1 meals in the restaurant it made for a beautiful event that saw women new & practiced attend the swish with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. our stock filled the Garden Room. Natasha & Sean showcased their businesses of Vintage & Fitness classes.

The feedback was fantastic, women left with the items they hoped to get with Val’s wall of the best items available was soon swept up. Val has an eye for fashion that most of us lack so if you can’t find anything she will, guaranteed!

    Saturday 28th November 2009

Our 3rd event took place at the UEA with a few changes – higher rails for a clear view, designated areas for the party wear & marmite love it or hate it sections. We added a large bag of clothes intermittently during the browsing time, this ensured that everyone looked through the stock thoroughly.

Here’s some footage that shows the fabulous items that were checked in…

    Saturday 10th October 2009

Our first event took place on Saturday 10th October 2009 & what better way to tell you all about than to show you some visuals! These will show you a 10ft by 6ft rail structure filled with clothing from size 6 – size 24 plus, a unique section namely the ‘Marmite’ section for those unique love it or hate it items!

All around the outskirts were tables ladened with handbags, shoes, belts, scarves, purses & jewellery.
