What is ‘swishing’? It’s an American term used to described fashion swapping. An event that encourages women to part with items in their wardrobe they love but no longer wear. At The Style Revolution we have tweaked things a bit firstly, our point system which gives you points on a style card and secondly, we accept only items that are in good condition and ask that you be proud to swap what you bring. We also recommend freshly laundering clothing before bringing along.
Items accepted: Shoes, Handbags, Belts, Scarves, Jewellery, Dresses, Skirts, Trousers, Jeans, Tops, Shirts & Jackets.
Not accepted: Casual T-Shirts, Vests, Sportswear, Purses & Keyrings.
NB: We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality criteria.
There is no maximum to the amount of items you can bring, all we ask is for you to drop them off earlier if you have more than 10. We will be at the venue from midday. Last items must be checked in by 8pm. Please note that the Designer Swish rules are different please click on the tab to find out more…

2012 REVIEWS: JANUARY 2012
Tuesday 10th January 2012 6-9pm
33 ladies kicked off their year with a wardrobe clearout! It was all about the fashion without businesses attending this one. Ladies had confidently parted with items they love but simply don’t wear and this quality was evident when all women took a high number of items each (6-10) leaving our fresh stock almost depleted. Fabulous and a great warm-up to the year of swishing ahead. Next one in March, see you there!
